Required Urgently for Managing Kumbakonam Project (Tamil nadu)
1) Responsible for Site Supervision and management
2) Management of Billing, Planning and Technical functions
3) New Project Identification and executions
4) Appointing the sub contractors and labour contractors & managing them
5) Responsible for the timely completion of assigned projects
Education:
UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma - Civil
PG - M.Tech - Civil, PG Diploma - Civil
Experience:
2-5 years
Salary:
INR 1,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
Salary not a constraint for good & experienced candidate
Profile:
Managerial skill and a Coordinator
Ability for the quality construction and Timely completion
Profit orientation and Cost control ability
Willingness for Site to Site Travel
Good knowledge of local (Tamil) language and areas in and around Tamil nadu
